CAREpoint™'s fully integrated D-Scribe™ CD/DVD voice and data-logger provides MORE than just secure, highly reliable medical-legal documentation…it also provides a comprehensive, detailed, at-a-glance record of call activity. Selected "clips" can be exported for e-mail or playback on a portable player. With D-Scribe™, QA review can be done on a remote PC anytime and anywhere, with patient record confidentiality assured through encrypted transmissions and 2-level password protection.
Remote Call Monitoring via Network Connections:

To further improve quality assurance, CAREpoint™ provides supervisory call monitoring from any home or office PC via LAN or Internet.
