General Devices has a 25+ year history of working with interns, and offers a variety of jobs commensurate with the interests and abilities of the individual student.  The company has a solid belief that internships represent a win-win for everyone and fully understands the importance of providing the student with the type of experience needed to be better equipped to pursue long term career goals.   We offer flexible work hours that minimize interference with studies and are located only 25 minutes from NJIT.  General Devices is an active member of NJIT’s Career Development Services Advisory Board and is an NJIT Recruitment Partner.

Prior work experience is not required for internship position – the company will provide all required training.  The ability to work summers and school breaks is an absolute requirement.  Applications from freshmen, sophomore and juniors are accepted.  Interns must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week (M-F, 9:00 to 5:30) and have private transportation to Ridgefield N.J.
