Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, Georgia Employs CAREpoint and Rosetta for its 7 county STEMI program

Brenda Waltz, CEO holds the Rosetta-Lt Data Translator provided to area EMS agencies. 


The prestigious Redmond Regional Medical Center is now using CAREpoint and Rosetta for its STEMI program which serves 7 counties in two states (Georgia and Alabama).  Comments Dr. Paul Schriever, M.D., Redmond’s ED Medical Director, “with the addition of CAREpoint, we are now able to further reduce our door to balloon times by up to 20 minutes.” The region is using both ZOLL and Philips monitors and relies principally on radio for transmission.  Redmond Regional Medical Center is an HCA (Hospital Corp of America) affiliate.  HCA is one of the nation’s largest private providers of healthcare.
