"Flagstaff Medical Center has utilized General Devices EMS communications products for over 20 years, purchasing a CAREpoint dual-networked workstation system in 2002 and recently installing the 12 lead EKG telemetry option. FMC ALS Base Hospital covers 20,000 sq. miles of Northern Arizona and receives approximately 15,000 calls per year. The ability to view EKG’s and forward from the same point as communication with the field is occurring will greatly enhance the development of a regional STEMI care system in our service area. The ability to remotely monitor communications and access the logging recorder has improved our timeliness for PI processes. General Devices has an excellent technical support staff and handles most of our technical issues over the phone." | ||
